O Holy N.,
lo I, a wretched sinner,
relying on thy merits,
now offer up to thy honour and glory
the most holy sacrament of the body and blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.
In all devout humility
I beg that thou wilt deign to intercede for me this day,
and to plead that I may have grace to offer this great sacrifice
in worthy and acceptable fashion,
and be enabled to sing his praises w4ith thee
and with all his elect,
eternally reigning with him
who lives and reigns forever.
