How to pray the Chaplet of Dymphna
This Chaplet consists of a Medal of St. Dymphna and 17 beads as follows: Medal + 2 / 5 red + 5 white + 5 green.
You can state your personal intentions before starting the Chaplet or at the end.
On the 1 st bead, you pray the Our Father.
On the 2 nd bead, you pray the Hail Mary for the Holy Father’s intentions.
On the 15 beads, you pray 15 Glory be in honour of the 15 years of Saint Dymphna’s life.
The red beads honour the martyrdom of St. Dymphna.
the white beads honour her virginity.
the green beads are for the hope of relief of emotional disorders.
